Festive SOTO finger food platter

Ingredients for 4 people:

| 2 | avocados | ||
| 1 | apple | ||
| 4 | tbsp. sour cream | ||
| 3,2 | tbsp. cream cheese | ||
| 1,6 | garlic clove | ||
| white balsamico | |||
| salt, pepper | |||
| mint or melissa | |||
| Cranberry & horseradish dip: | |||
| 280 | yoghurt | ||
| 80 | schmand | ||
| 100 | marinated cranberries | ||
| 4 | tbsp, freshly-grated horseradish | ||
| pepper, coriander | |||
Avocado dip:
Briefly grind the avocados and chunks of apple in a mixer. Add the remaining ingredients, purée and season to taste. Pour the dip into a bowl and garnish with mint or melissa.
Cranberry & horseradish dip:
Stir all of the ingredients together and serve chilled. For a vegan variant: substitute soft tofu for yoghurt and soy cream for schmand.
