Falafel Ready-Mix:Mix the contents from the bag with 180ml of water and let soak for about 45 minutes. Then stir thoroughly once more. The mixture should not be too thick nor to watery, but slide easily from the spoon. Add water if necessary. Place mixture with a spoon in little servings into a pan with oil and fry at medium heat on both sides until crispy golden brown. Alternatively, you can add the whole mixture to the pan and bake a large flat cake, which you then cut into small pieces. |
