In coated pan:

heat on both sides at medium heat without fat for approx. 4-6 minutes

In an uncoated pan:

heat over medium heat with very little fat on both sides for approx. 4-6 minutes

Mikrowelle

In the microwave:

heat for 5-8 minutes only with the grill function

Backofen

In pre-heated oven:

at approx. 200°C for about 10 minutes

Grill

On table grill/grill:

heat on both sides at medium heat without fat for approx. 4-6 minutes

Konvektomat

Pre-heated convection oven:

at approx. 200°C about 8-10 minutes without steam

In preheated convection oven:

at approx. 200°C approx. 6-7 minutes, without steam

Burger:

at middle heat without fat about 3-5 minutes for each side

unbeschichtete Pfanne

In an uncoated pan:

heat over medium heat with very little fat on both sides for approx. 3-5 minutes

Mikrowelle

In the microwave:

heat for about 4-6 minutes

Backofen

In preheated oven:

at approx. 200°C approx. 6-7 minutes

Grill

On the table grill/grill:

heat on both sides at medium heat without fat for approx. 4-6 minutes.

Konvektomat

In pre-heated convection oven:

at approx. 200°C about 6-7 minutes without steam

 

Zubereitung Falafel

Falafel Ready-Mix:

Mix the contents from the bag with 180ml of water and let soak for about 45 minutes. Then stir thoroughly once more. The mixture should not be too thick nor to watery, but slide easily from the spoon. Add water if necessary. Place mixture with a spoon in little servings into a pan with oil and fry at medium heat on both sides until crispy golden brown. Alternatively, you can add the whole mixture to the pan and bake a large flat cake, which you then cut into small pieces.

 

Zubereitung Burger

Frozen fries:

Fritteuse

In deep-fat fryer (175°C):

about 2-4 minutes

Backofen

In preheated oven:

at approx. 200°C about 15 minutes

 

Frozen SOTO products:

Heat frozen products in a convection oven, oven or microwave.
